Mentor & Volunteer Supervisor

Nadia has been working in the human services industry for over 10 years in a variety of roles including mental health therapist, vocational rehabilitation counselor, and case manager. She is currently providing ongoing psychotherapy services to adults via telemedicine and serves the disability community through her work as a benefits counselor/financial planner. Prior to this, Nadia worked for several years as a medical social worker within an urban high volume primary healthcare clinic in Washington, DC where she provided social services and health and lifestyle counseling to patients with chronic health conditions such as HIV/AIDS, diabetes, congestive heart failure, among others. She has also served as a vocational rehabilitation counselor as a supervisor for Youth and Transition Services in the District. Nadia is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Washington DC and Pennsylvania, and a Board Certified Telemental Health provider. She has a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from The George Washington University and is also a certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC). Nadia is bilingual in Spanish.  She will be serving as Life Coach Supervisor.
