Aiden Dart
As a Certified Life Coach and the owner of Dart Life Coaching, Aiden’s life purpose is to help people find success through positive connections and support. As a strategic organizational leadership professional with a passion for advocacy, the community, and mental health she feels that personal, professional, and social development are the keys to creating positive outcomes that begin with support, grow with focused effort, and lead to self-mastery. Her work is grounded in behavioral science using a pragmatic, evidence-based approach. As a leader, life coach, and mentor, she promotes rationality, agency, and attention to the knowledge and skills necessary to meet personal goals, open doors, and create options.
Aiden studied Mandarin Chinese at National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan. She has earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, is completing her Master’s degree and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching. She has lectured locally at Maryland University, Howard University, and Columbia College.

She is a foster parent, has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer since 2018, and is certified Crisis Counselor for the Crisis Text Line. She founded You See You, Inc to facilitate building connections that carry youth through adulthood.
She will be serving as President of You See You, Inc.
